    Sig Alexander (pen name) is a talented novelist of three books, including Under the Sky, A Dance With the Bully, and his newest, Anchorage Box Car.

    He is a retired federal law enforcement agent who served for over three decades. His jobs included being a Customs Inspector, as well as a special agent and group supervisor with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). His expertise lies in drug smuggling and subterranean tunnel investigations He helped bring down drug cartel smuggling rings, as well.

    His degrees include an Associates in Administration of Justice, BS in Business Management, and a Masters in Management.

    His favorite authors are Stephen King, Vince Flynn, Ken Follett, Victor Gischler, Stephen Hunter, and Thomas Harris. Sig. is a fan of science fiction, and paranormal movies and books.

    Alexander grew up in Northern Virginia in the 1970s, when his father worked for the Secret Service under President Richard Nixon. Then he was in Puerto Rico into the 1980s, followed by a stint in Rockland County, New York. It was in New York that he was convinced he lived in a haunted house. Two men died in his backyard after driving drunk. They were beheaded between the trees. Prior to that, a young man died after crashing in the yard. Somebody died in the house at some point. His dog and grandfather were attacked early on. He heard the sound of sinks turning on and off, doors opening, knocks, and constant footsteps. A priest ran from the home instead of blessing it. It ended when he finally moved.

    Then he moved to Southern California, later to Nogales, Arizona, and finally, he now resides in Anchorage, Alaska, with his wife.
